only after we accept any purchase orders.
Export: Exporting of parts is not included in our prices.
NAFTA Certificate of Origin can be provided, but
only listing Handi Gadgets as the producer, not
the exporter. We ship only to US addresses.
Duration: Prices are Valid for 90 Days.
Packaging: Parts will be packaged to protect them during shipping,
but may not be protected for long term storage.
MSDS: Hazard Communication Requirements. Parts quoted will be
manufactured items. They are an 'article' in the form they
are shipped and No Material Safty Data Sheets are supplied.
Damages: Handi Gadgets is only responsible replacing non-conforming parts.
No Penalties or Fees will Be Paid.
Invoices: Invoices will be submitted to the best Available mailing
address. No other invoicing methods allowed be made without
prior agreement.
Terms: No Additional Terms offered by others shall become binding
to Handi Gadgets unless we expressly consent to them.
